Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If a device purchased is not as described or develops a hardware failure in the first 30 days we will refund your purchase price.

Here's how the process works:

  • Fill out a return request form, here.
  • Our customer service agents will review the request, issue an RMA and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
    • If there's reasonable concern that a device issue may be related to software and not a hardware issue, we will provide instructions on how to refresh the device software as part of troubleshooting.
  • Return the device using the pre-paid shipping label.
  • Once received we will inspect the device and validate the return reason.
    • In the unusual event that we have questions once we inspect the device, we will contact you within 2 business days.
  • Once the claim is validated we will initiate a credit to the original form of payment within 2 business days.
  • All returns must be sent out by the customer within 7 business days & return to our facility within 20 days. Returns not processed within 20 days shall have the RMA order canceled. 

Restocking Fees

  • A $35.00 restocking fee applies to each returned or exchanged device, excluding exchanges due to a manufacturer defect. There are no restocking fees for accessories.

  • To get a full refund, customers must disable the device’s screen lock, remove all personal information, and turn off the “Find My iPhone” feature, if applicable, before shipping back the device.

Device Grading and Damage Fees
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all returned devices are inspected for damage, as well as any hardware and software alterations.
A damage fee applies if the device is misused, has liquid damage, hardware alterations, or unreasonable wear and tear (Grade C with abuse):

  • Apple and Samsung devices: $500 damage fee + $35 restocking fee
  • Google phones: $400 damage fee + $35 restocking fee
  • Motorola devices: $20 damage fee + $35 restocking fee

When the returned device is determined to be damaged, jailbroken, or rooted (Grade D), the customer’s refund is denied, and the device is returned to them.

Damage fees do not apply to the device packaging. Missing packaging doesn't impact a customer’s eligibility for a device return exchange. The damage fees will not exceed the device amount paid.  

Devices not purchased from Rexi will be recycled if received by our warehouse. These devices won't be returned to the sender.
